| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
| 4 | | Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $3,400 to the | 5 | | State of Illinois, and subject to the condition set forth in | 6 | | Section 900 of this Act, the People of the State of Illinois | 7 | | hereby release the following described land located in | 8 | | Whiteside County, Illinois from all dedication and easement | 9 | | rights and interest acquired for highway purposes:
