1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3126
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3126 as follows:

3 on page 7, by replacing lines 10 and 11 with "purpose of
4 participating in a boat racing event sanctioned by the
5 Department of Natural Resources or authorized federal agency.
6 The organizer or holder of the sanctioned event shall possess
7 liability insurance for property damage and personal injury or
8 death with a minimum benefit of $1,000,000 that shall remain in
9 effect through the entirety of the event.".
