SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

35 ILCS 11/25

Amends the Business Location Efficiency Incentive Act. Provides that the Act is repealed on December 31, 2016 (instead of December 31, 2011). Effective immediately.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Business Location Efficiency Incentive Act is amended by changing Section 25 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2011)

Sec. 25. Repeal. This Act is repealed on December 31, 2016 December 31, 2011.
