AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3762

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3762, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 2, on page 5, line 16, after the period, by inserting the following: "The federal financial revenues generated from claims submitted by DHS/Division of Mental Health funded community-based providers for community Medicaid mental health services under 59 Illinois Administrative Code 132 shall be deposited into the Community Mental Health Medicaid Trust Fund in a prompt and timely manner.".
