2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2148, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1 by replacing page 1, lines 12 through 14, with "of
5 casualty-based grants, the Department may use, for
6 administration of the program, as much as 5% of the
7 appropriations designated for the casualty-based grant
8 program.".
