1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2089
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2089, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:
5 "chairperson or president of each county within which the
6 community college district lies. Each of these persons shall be
7 entitled to one vote for each vote that was received in the
8 previous election for community college trustees in his or her
9 county. The seventh trustee and chairperson of the board of
10 trustees shall serve 5-year terms.".
