AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 184

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 184 by replacing

everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    "Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended  by 
5
adding Section 2-1303.1 as follows:

    (735 ILCS 5/2-1303.1  new)
7
