HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders basketball team on the occasion of the team's 2nd place finish in the IHSA Class 2A State tournament; and

WHEREAS, The Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders had a wonderful season, winning the Camp Point Central Tournament, the Carrollton Tournament, the Beardstown Regional Tournament, the Monmouth College Sectional, and the Rock Island Super Sectional; and

WHEREAS, The members of the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders are Gracie Barnes, Shannon Foley, Mackenzie Little, Quentessa Keating, Alyssa Klene, Claire Obert, Leigh McLaughlin, Kate Genenbacher, Kassidy Gengenbacher, Katie Kroeter, Tori Kuhn, Jordan Frericks, Karlee Gengenbacher, Jacey Cornwell, Arianna Rigg, Julie Rose, Lexi Niemann, Torre Stark, and Rose Froehlich; the team's head coach is Eric Orne and the assistant coaches are Randy Clampitt, Mark Longo, Lori Vogel, and Michaela Fray; and

WHEREAS, The members of the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders serves as models of hard work, integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of Illinois; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate the members of the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders basketball team on the occasion of the team's 2nd place finish in the IHSA Class 2A State tournament and wish them continued success and happiness in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be given to Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders head coach Eric Orne as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
