AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5516

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5516 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended by adding Section 150 as follows:

(5 ILCS 460/150 new)

Sec. 150. Community organ and tissue donor recognition program. The Secretary of State shall establish a program by rule to designate, recognize, and award Illinois communities whose citizens have shown an outstanding readiness to donate organs and tissues, based on data available to the Secretary.".
