1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5409
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5409, AS AMENDED, as
3 follows:

4 in Section 5, Sec. 16, immediately below subsection (h), by
5 inserting the following:
6     "(i) The Secretary shall adopt and amend such rules as may
7 be required for the proper administration and enforcement of
8 this Section 16 consistent with the federal Real Estate
9 Settlement Procedures Act and Section 24 of this Act."; and

10 in Section 5, Sec. 16.1, immediately below subsection (d), by
11 inserting the following:
12     "(e) The Secretary shall adopt and amend such rules as may
13 be required for the proper administration and enforcement of
14 this Section 16.1 consistent with the federal Real Estate
15 Settlement Procedures Act and Section 24 of this Act.".
