1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5183
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5183 as follows:

3 on page 40, by inserting immediately below line 8 the
4 following:
5 "(e) The EMS Assistance Fund shall not be subject to
6 sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks, including, but
7 not limited to, those authorized under Section 8h of the State
8 Finance Act, that would in any way result in the transfer of
9 any funds from this Fund to any other fund of this State or in
10 having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than the
11 express purposes set forth in this Section.".
