AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3703

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3703 as follows:

on page 2, by inserting after line 9 the following:

"(a.5) For purposes of this Section, "non profit organization" means an organization described in Section 501 (c) (3) or 501 (c) (6) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and exempt from tax under Section 501 (a) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code of 1986.".
