2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3702 on page 4,
3 immediately below line 8, by inserting the following:

4     "This amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly is
5 declarative of existing law."; and

6 on page 6, immediately below line 22, by inserting the
7 following:

8     "This amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly is
9 declarative of existing law.".
