2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2420 on page 1, line
3 22, after "leave." by inserting "If the board has approved and
4 adopted a code of employee conduct or similar policies,
5 disciplinary action may be conducted in accordance with the
6 code or policies. Any disciplinary meeting, hearing, or voting
7 session may be conducted in a closed meeting.".
