1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 160
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 160, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, line 14 by replacing "All" with "When operated
5 upon any highway in this State, all ~~All~~"; and

6 by inserting below line 23 the following:
7 "(f) Law enforcement agencies acting in their official
8 capacity are exempt from this Section.".
