1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2595
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2595, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 1-95, Sec. 6z-76, by replacing subsection (b) with
4 the following:
5 "(b) Expenditures and transfers may be made from the GROW
6 Illinois Fund only as appropriated or directed by the General
7 Assembly by law. Moneys in the GROW Illinois Fund may be used
8 only for capital expenditures, including, but not limited to,
9 grants and appropriations to units of local government, school
10 districts, and community college districts for their capital
11 and infrastructure needs.".
