1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2397
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2397 on page 28, by
3 inserting below line 11 the following:

4 "(q) As of the effective date of this amendatory Act of the
5 95th General Assembly, in the case of units of emergency
6 service support staff, all emergency dispatch,
7 telecommunication, and similar services shall be performed
8 exclusively by public employees employed by public employers or
9 by other public entities and shall not otherwise be contracted,
10 subcontracted, or delegated.".
