AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1029

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1029, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 6, on page 2, line 4, by replacing "of President William J. Clinton" with "of the President of the United States"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 21 and 22 with the following: "House; and 3 members appointed by the Lieutenant Governor, one of whom represents the interests of the banking industry, one of whom represents the interests of the business community, and one of whom represents the interests of the consumers."; and

on page 3, line 11, by replacing "every 2-month" with "each quarter"; and

on page 3, line 12, by deleting "period"; and

on page 3, line 21, by replacing "President William J. Clinton" with "the President of the United States".
