1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 889
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 889 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by adding
5 Section 11.3 as follows:

6     (230 ILCS 10/11.3 new)
7     Sec. 11.3. Reissuance of inoperative license. Any owners
8 license issued under subsection (e) of Section 7 that is not in
9 operation on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the
10 95th General Assembly and that is available for reissuance on
11 or after that effective date shall authorize riverboat gambling
12 from a home dock located in the municipality in which the
13 license was first authorized.

15     Section 10. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by
