AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 764, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 3, as follows:

on page 3, by replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following: "by the General Assembly to the Department of Public Health for the purpose of making grants to organizations in Illinois that conduct research pertaining to the repair of damage caused by an acquired demyelinating disease of the central nervous system.".
