1     AN ACT concerning State government.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The Attorney General Act is amended by changing
5 Section 4b as follows:
 
6     (15 ILCS 205/4b)  (from Ch. 14, par. 4b)
7     Sec. 4b. Before the the filing of the first pleading in
8 federal district court in any civil action brought by the
9 Attorney General in the name of the State as parens patriae on
10 behalf of the natural persons residing in this State, as
11 authorized by Section 4c of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A 15c,
12 the Attorney General shall file with the Auditor General a
13 statement disclosing the fee arrangements applicable to the
14 attorneys' fees in relation to that civil action.
