| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 572

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 572, AS AMENDED, | 3 |
| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. | 4 |
| 5, on page 169 by replacing lines 9 through 12 with "sales made | 5 |
| in the course of that business.
In DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry | 6 |
| County , and Will Counties , the tax rate shall be 1/4% of the | 7 |
| gross receipts from all taxable sales made in the course of | 8 |
| that
business. In DuPage, Kane, Lake, and Will Counties, the | 9 |
| tax rate shall be 0.75% of the gross receipts from all taxable | 10 |
| sales made in the course of that
business. The tax
