AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 360

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 360, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

1, on page 123, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:

        "(1) Collecting data and collaborating in the 
6
    assessment of the health status of a"; and

on page 161, lines 23 and 24, by deleting "operating" each time 
8
it appears; and
 
9
on page 201, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following:
10
    "Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing Act and the rules at

11
    the time of renewal to all persons licensed by the

12
