AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 306

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 306 on page 4, line 
3
3, after the period, by inserting the following:

"Assignment may be made under clause (ii) of this item (4) only 
5
if the district superintendent and the exclusive bargaining 
6
representative, if any, jointly agree to permit the 
7
