1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 244
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 244, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with "population
5 projections, and an appropriate migration factor for the
6 medical-surgical and pediatric category of service which shall
7 be no less than 55%. The State Agency shall provide written
8 documentation providing the methodology and rationale used to
9 determine the appropriate migration factor.".
