AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 91

AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 91 by replacing all of page 2 with the following:

"(1) Two members appointed by the Governor, one of whom should be the president of a statewide organization dedicated to providing pro bono or legal services to indigents or the working poor who has significant family law experience or his or her designee;

(2) Two members appointed by the President of the Senate, one of whom should be the president of a statewide organization dedicated to reducing domestic violence or his or her designee;

(3) Two members appointed by the Minority Leader of the Senate, one of whom should be the president of a statewide organization whose membership is exclusively comprised of matrimonial lawyers or his or her designee;

(4) Two members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom should be the president of a metropolitan bar association or his or her designee;

(5) Two members appointed by the Minority Leader of the House Representatives, one of whom should be the president of an Illinois statewide bar association or his or her designee;

(6) One member appointed by the Supreme Court of Illinois;

(7) The Chair of the Illinois Child Support Advisory Committee; and be it further"; and

on page 3, lines 10 and 11, by replacing "July 1, 2009." with "December 31, 2008.".
