AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5525

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5525 on page 1, line 8, by replacing "not-for-profit laboratory" with "not-for-profit laboratory or laboratory system"; and

on page 2, line 11, by replacing "$300" with "$200"; and

on page 2, line 13, by replacing "$300" with "$200"; and

on page 2, line 15, by replacing "$300" with "$200"; and

on page 2, line 17, by replacing "$950" with "$200"; and

on page 2, line 19, by replacing "$600" with "$200"; and

on page 2, line 21, by replacing "$600" with "$200"; and

on page 2, line 25, by replacing "$400" with "$200"; and

on page 3, line 1, by replacing "$400" with "$200"; and

on page 3, line 3, by replacing "$400" with "$200"; and

on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 15 the following:

"Any fee collected on behalf of the State pursuant to Section 5-4-3 or 5-9-1.9 shall render the State ineligible to receive additional fees listed in items (1) through (10) of this subsection (b).".
