AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4837

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4837, on page 1, by 
3
replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following:


4
    "(d) A taxi driver must meet all of the following minimum 
5
requirements, as well as  any additional requirements imposed by  
6
a unit of local government:"; and
 
7
on page 2, line 2, by deleting "Illinois"; and
 
8
on page 2, line 3, after "license", by inserting "issued by any 
9
