AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2651

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2651, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 4, by replacing lines 16 through 18 with the following:

"rules of the Board. From May 26, 2006 until (i) June 30, 2011, (ii) the date any organization licensee begins to operate a slot machine or video game of chance under the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 or this Act, or (iii) the wagering tax imposed under Section 13 of this Act is increased by law to reflect a tax rate that is higher than the tax rate contained in subsection (a-3) of Section 13,"; and

on page 18, by replacing lines 15 through 18 with the following: "94-804) and beginning June 30, 2011, unless any organization licensee under the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 begins to operate a slot machine or video game of chance under the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 or this Act 2 years after May 26, 2006 (the effective date of Public".
