1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1855
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1855 on page 5, line
3 20 by inserting after "program" the following:
4 ", except when these costs are covered under provisions in a
5 collective bargaining agreement"; and

6 on page 8, by replacing lines 1 through 4 with the following:
7 "entered into on or after January 1, 2008.".
