AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1747

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1747, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 1, line 11, by changing "of any kind" to "other than a health insurance policy"; and

by deleting line 16 on page 1 and lines 1 through 4 on page 2; and

on page 2, line 5, by changing "(c) An" to "(b) Except for willful or wanton misconduct, an"; and

on page 2, lines 12 and 13, by changing "Sections 10-17.13, 10-17.14, and 10-25.6" to "Section 10-17.13"; and

on page 4, by deleting lines 5 through 24; and

by deleting all of pages 5 through 8; and

on page 9, by deleting lines 1 through 11; and

on page 9, line 13, by deleting "7-702.1,"; and

on page 13, by replacing lines 19 through 21 with the following: "of this or any other State, subject to the requirements and"; and

on page 17, by replacing lines 21 and 22 with the following: "support."; and

on page 18, by replacing lines 2 and 3 with the following: "comply with order to pay child support."; and

on page 19, line 3, after "Family Services", by inserting ", in a manner and form prescribed by the Illinois Secretary of State,"; and

on page 19, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following: "State."; and

on page 19, line 11, by changing "full," to "full or has"; and

(b) Whenever, after one suspension of an individual's driver's license based on certification of the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, another certification is received from the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, the Secretary shall again suspend the driver's license of that individual and that suspension shall not be removed unless the obligor is in full compliance with the order of support and has made full payment on all arrearages."; and
