1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1292
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1292, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 11 through 19 with the
5 following:
6         "(1) disclose in plain language in writing to all
7     persons it solicits the total anticipated remuneration to
8     be paid to it by any third party over the period of the
9     proposed underlying customer contract;
10         (2) not hold itself out as independent or
11     unaffiliated"; and

12 on page 3, line 25, by replacing "(4)" with "(3)"; and

13 on page 4, line 2, by replacing "(5)" with "(4)"; and

14 on page 4, line 5, by replacing "(6)" with "(5)"; and

1 on page 4, line 9, by replacing "(7)" with "(6)"; and

2 on page 4, line 21, after the period, by inserting the
3 following:
4 "A report under this Section shall not be required to contain
5 customer-identifying information."; and

6 on page 4, line 22, by replacing "audited" with "verified".
