AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 480

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 480, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 2, on page 132, line 22, by replacing "monies" with "58% of the moneys"; and

on page 132, line 23, by replacing "monies" with "42% of the moneys"; and

on page 132, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with the following: "purse pool."; and

on page 180, by deleting lines 16 through 20; and

on page 180, line 21, by replacing "(h)" with "(g)"; and

on page 181, line 6, by replacing "(i)" with "(h)"; and

on page 181, line 7, after "license", by inserting "that has not received a waiver from the Board under subsection (e-2) of Section 20"; and

on page 181, line 11, by replacing "Racing Industry Worker's Fund" with "State Gaming Fund, and the moneys in the State Gaming Fund shall be used for the purposes of making grants under subsection (b-30) of Section 13 of the Riverboat Gambling Act."; and

on page 181, line 12, by replacing "(j)" with "(i)"; and

by replacing line 21 on page 181 through line 6 on page 182 with the following: "over calendar year 2006, but in not event more than 10%."; and

by replacing line 16 on page 182 through line 1 on page 183 with the following: "by more than 10%."; and

on page 183, line 2, by replacing "(k)" with "(j)"; and

on page 183, line 16, by replacing "(l)" with "(k)"; and

on page 184, line 1, by replacing "(m)" with "(l)"; and

on page 184, line 6, by replacing "(j)" with "(m)"; and

on page 184, line 1, by replacing "(n)" with "(m)"; and

on page 209, by replacing lines 8 through 11 with the following:

"(2) $400,000 to the University of Illinois Department of Animal Sciences for equine research and education.

(3) $400,000 to Southern Illinois University Department of Animal Science for equine research and education.".
