1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 127
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 127 immediately
3 below the enacting clause, by inserting the following:

4     "Section 3. If and only if Senate Bill 448 of the 95th
5 General Assembly becomes law, then "An Act concerning
6 regulation" (Senate Bill 448 of the 95th General Assembly) is
7 amended by adding Section 99 as follows:

8     (S.B. 448, 95th G.A., Sec. 99 new)
9     Sec. 99. This Act (Senate Bill 448 of the 95th General
10 Assembly) takes effect on the effective date of this amendatory
11 Act of the 95th General Assembly (House Bill 127 of the 95th
12 General Assembly).

13     Section 4. If and only if House Bill 1947 of the 95th
14 General Assembly becomes law, then "An Act concerning
15 regulation" (House Bill 1947 of the 95th General Assembly) is

1 amended by adding Section 99 as follows:

2     (H.B. 1947, 95th G.A., Sec. 99 new)
3     Sec. 99. This Act (House Bill 1947 of the 95th General
4 Assembly) takes effect on the effective date of this amendatory
5 Act of the 95th General Assembly (House Bill 127 of the 95th
6 General Assembly).".
