| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 127 immediately |

| below the enacting clause, by inserting the following:

| "Section 3. If and only if Senate Bill 448 of the 95th |

| General Assembly becomes law, then "An Act concerning |
| 6 |
| regulation" (Senate Bill 448 of the 95th General Assembly) is |
| 7 |
| amended by adding Section 99 as follows:

| (S.B. 448, 95th G.A., Sec. 99 new)
|
| 9 |
| Sec. 99. This Act (Senate Bill 448 of the 95th General |
| 10 |
| Assembly) takes effect on the effective date of this amendatory |
| 11 |
| Act of the 95th General Assembly (House Bill 127 of the 95th |
| 12 |
| General Assembly).".
