1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2144
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2144 on page 27,
3 immediately below line 10, by inserting the following:

4 "Section 127. Applicability. This Act does not apply to any
5 private detective or private detective agency licensed under
6 the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, and
7 Locksmith Act of 2004.".
