MOTION

I move to accept the specific recommendations of the Governor as to Senate Bill 830 in manner and form as follows:

AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 830

IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS

Amend Senate Bill 830 as follows:

on page 1, line 15, by replacing "12" with "14"; and

on page 1, line 20, by replacing "10" with "12"; and

on page 1, line 21, by replacing "4" with "6 4"; and

on page 1, line 29, by replacing "Seven" with "Eight"; and

on page 2, line 12, by replacing "member" with "members"; and

on page 4, line 10, by replacing "7" with "8".
