SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

70 ILCS 1605/45

Amends the Metro-East Park and Recreation District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning financial reports.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Metro-East Park and Recreation District Act is amended by changing Section 45 as follows:

(70 ILCS 1605/45)

Sec. 45. Report. The board shall, by the end of the the District's fiscal year, submit a financial report to the State Comptroller.
