HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The education of students, our country's future, is one of the most noble pursuits one can choose; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Diane Hartman of Collinsville will be retiring after 33 years in the field of education on June 2, 2005; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Hartman is an algebra and geometry teacher in Cahokia School District #187; and

WHEREAS, She will be honored for her many years of service dedicated to cultivating young minds at a retirement dinner on May 20, 2005; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Diane Hartman on the occasion of her retirement after 33 years of service in the field of education; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Ms. Hartman as an expression of our deepest respect and esteem and with our sincere appreciation for her commitment to education.
