1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4805
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4805 as follows:

3 on page 1, by replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following:
4 "guilty of a Class 4 felony. If a person is convicted of a
5 violation of the provisions of this"; and

6 on page 2, by replacing lines 9 through 11 with the following:
7 "(b) is guilty of a Class 4 felony. If a person is convicted of
8 a violation of the provisions".
