AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2976

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2976 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act is amended by changing Section 19.6 as follows:

(20 ILCS 3960/19.6)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2006)

Sec. 19.6. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January July 1, 2006.
