AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1560

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1560 on page 1, by 
3
replacing lines 13 through 17 with the following:
4
    "(a-5) It is unlawful for any person to knowingly make a 
5
secret or surreptitious video record or transmit live video of 
6
another person in that other person's residence
without that 
7
person's consent. The provisions of this  subsection (a-5) do 
8
not apply to any reporter or news medium, as those terms are 
9
defined in Section 8-902 of the Code of Civil Procedure, or to 
10
any law enforcement agency conducting an investigation  of 
11
