    Amends the Township Code. Gives township electors power to regulate or prohibit poultry running at large.

1     AN ACT concerning townships.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The Township Code is amended by changing Section
5 30-95 as follows:
 
6     (60 ILCS 1/30-95)
7     Sec. 30-95. Livestock running at large. The electors may
8 restrain, regulate, or prohibit the running at large of
9 poultry, cattle, horses, mules, asses, swine, sheep, or goats
10 and may determine the time and manner in which those animals
11 may go at large, unless they are restrained from running at
12 large in some manner provided by law.
