1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1272
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1272 on page 2, line
3 35, by deleting "13"; and

4 on page 3, by replacing lines 2 through 31 with the following:
5         "(1) A member representing the retail industry.
6         (2) A member representing the service industry.
7         (3) A member representing the industrial, production,
8     and manufacturing sectors.
9         (4) A member representing the advertising and
10     marketing industry.
11         (5) A member representing the social services sector.
12         (6) A member representing the technology services
13     industry.
14         (7) A member representing religious organizations.
15         (8) A member representing educational institutions.
16         (9) A member representing neighborhood improvement
17     associations.
18         (10) A member representing federal and State
19     employment service systems, skill training centers, and
20     placement referral entities.
21         (11) Two members from a list of individuals recommended
22     by the Board to represent interests that are unique to the
23     community."; and

24 on page 3, by replacing lines 35 and 36 with "chairperson.";
