    Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Grants quick-take authority to Lake County for the specified properties for road improvements and bridge replacement projects. Grants quick-take authority to Dewitt County for the specified properties for road improvements projects. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning civil law.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by adding
5 Sections 7-103.113, 7-103.114, 7-103.115, and 7-103.116 as
6 follows:
 
7     (735 ILCS 5/7-103.113 new)
8     Sec. 7-103.113. Quick-take; Lake County. Quick-take
9 proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for a period of 12
10 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the
11 94th General Assembly by Lake County for road improvement
12 purposes for the acquisition of the following described real
13 property:
 
14     Parcel 1:
 
15     That part of Lot 139 in Woodside Acres, being a subdivision
16     in that part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17,
17     Township 44 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal
18     Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded August 15,
19     1941 as document no. 500131 in Lake County, Illinois,
20     described as follows:
 
21     Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said Lot 139
