1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 130
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 130, AS AMENDED, in
3 Section 10, immediately below the paragraph that begins with
4 ""Hospice"", by inserting the following:
5 ""Physician" means a physician licensed under the Medical
6 Practice act of 1987 to practice medicine in all its
7 branches."; and

8 In Section 15, in the sentence that begins with "A home health
9 agency", by replacing "medical director who is a health care
10 professional" with "medical director who is a physician".
