| | 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 | | learn of the death of
Arthur Dick of Buffalo Grove; and
| | 4 | | WHEREAS, Arthur Dick was appointed to serve as the first | | 5 | | police chief of the Village of Buffalo Grove in 1957, remaining | | 6 | | in that position until 1961; and
| | 7 | | WHEREAS, Arthur Dick served his country with pride and | | 8 | | distinction as a member of the United States Army Air Corps; | | 9 | | and
| | 10 | | WHEREAS, Arthur Dick is survived by his beloved wife of 58 | | 11 | | years, Annette Dick (nee Donato); his children, Walter (Fran) | | 12 | | Antoszek, Jacquelyn (Jack) Hoelterhoff, and Pamela (Joe) | | 13 | | Donatoni; his grandchildren, Chris (Judi), Nick, Misty | | 14 | | (Darryll), Erica (Scott), Lisa, Wendy, Joey, Gina, Nikki, and | | 15 | | Angela; his great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Jeremy, Hailey, and | | 16 | | Khiana; his sister, Helen (Rolf) Hoffmann; and his many other | | 17 | | relatives and friends; therefore, be it
