SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Arthur Dick of Buffalo Grove; and
 
4    WHEREAS, Arthur Dick was appointed to serve as the first
5police chief of the Village of Buffalo Grove in 1957, remaining
6in that position until 1961; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Arthur Dick served his country with pride and
8distinction as a member of the United States Army Air Corps;
9and
 
10    WHEREAS, Arthur Dick is survived by his beloved wife of 58
11years, Annette Dick (nee Donato); his children, Walter (Fran)
12Antoszek, Jacquelyn (Jack) Hoelterhoff, and Pamela (Joe)
13Donatoni; his grandchildren, Chris (Judi), Nick, Misty
14(Darryll), Erica (Scott), Lisa, Wendy, Joey, Gina, Nikki, and
15Angela; his great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Jeremy, Hailey, and
16Khiana; his sister, Helen (Rolf) Hoffmann; and his many other
17relatives and friends; therefore, be it
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
20his family and friends, the passing of Arthur Dick; and be it
