SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

30 ILCS 105/6a-4.5 new

Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that the Comptroller must make all payments to State colleges and universities on no less than a quarterly basis. Effective immediately.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by adding Section 6a-4.5 as follows:

(30 ILCS 105/6a-4.5 new)

Sec. 6a-4.5. Comptroller payments to State colleges and universities; quarterly. The Comptroller must make all payments to State colleges and universities on no less than a quarterly basis.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
