1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 3. If and only if Senate Bill 448 of the 95th
5 General Assembly becomes law, then "An Act concerning
6 regulation" (Senate Bill 448 of the 95th General Assembly) is
7 amended by adding Section 99 as follows:

8     (S.B. 448, 95th G.A., Sec. 99 new)
9     Sec. 99. This Act (Senate Bill 448 of the 95th General
10 Assembly) takes effect on the effective date of this amendatory
11 Act of the 95th General Assembly (House Bill 127 of the 95th
12 General Assembly).

13     Section 4. If and only if House Bill 1947 of the 95th
14 General Assembly becomes law, then "An Act concerning
15 regulation" (House Bill 1947 of the 95th General Assembly) is
16 amended by adding Section 99 as follows:

17     (H.B. 1947, 95th G.A., Sec. 99 new)
18     Sec. 99. This Act (House Bill 1947 of the 95th General
19 Assembly) takes effect on the effective date of this amendatory
20 Act of the 95th General Assembly (House Bill 127 of the 95th
21 General Assembly).

1     Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing
2 Section 4.18 and by adding Section 4.19b as follows:

3     (5 ILCS 80/4.18)
4     Sec. 4.18. Acts repealed January 1, 2008. The following
5 Acts are repealed on January 1, 2008:
6     The Acupuncture Practice Act.
7     The Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act.
8     The Home Medical Equipment and Services Provider License
9 Act.
10     The Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing Act.
11     The Illinois Petroleum Education and Marketing Act.
12     The Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
13 Practice Act.
14     The Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Act.
15     The Nursing Home Administrators Licensing and Disciplinary
16 Act.
17     The Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987.
18     The Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987.
19     The Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987.
20     ~~The Structural Pest Control Act.~~

22     (5 ILCS 80/4.19b new)
23     Sec. 4.19b. Act repealed on January 1, 2009. The following

1 Act is repealed on January 1, 2009:
2     The Structural Pest Control Act.

3     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
4 becoming law.
